The American Defense Recon mount is the perfect solution for attaching scopes and optics to your AR pattern rifle. Designed specifically for AR rifles, the ADM Recon mount places optics at a central height of 1.38” and the cantilever designs helps you to get the perfect eye relief. Even though it is low-profile, it allows for larger scopes with 56mm objective lenses, allowing you to use high-power glass for long range shooting. Like all American Defense mounts it is precision machined from durable 6061-T6 aluminum with a hardcoat anodized finish for long service life. Featuring ADM's QD Auto Lock Lever system, the AD-RECON can be fully adjusted without tools to accommodate most Picatinny rail systems. This glove friendly locking system ensures the mount will not move until you need to remove it and provides exceptional return to zero with mounted optics. While slightly heavier than other optic mounts, the American Defense Recon is extremely durable to withstand heavy impacts without losing zero.
